About Skillogy

Skillogy PERFORM™ is a comprehensive human-centric skills training and development resource  designed specifically to improve self, manager and leader performance. It is built on the results of an eighteen-month research project. A Model of Abilities was determined, based around some 250 inter-related characteristics and traits, which directly impacted on individual performance in the workplace.

Skillogy PERFORM™ identifies measurable Learning and Development objectives by assessing employees’ current abilities and traits. They then map these to their skill clusters and the organisation’s objectives for tailored development journeys that are as unique as the organisation.

The Skillogy PERFORM™ methodology is cohort-based learning. Cohort-based learning takes learners – at scale – into the same environment where they will likely spend most of their time working and collaborating with peers. It typically refers to team- and community-based learning that includes experiential practice, application, feedback, expertise, and structured peer-to-peer learning.
